Joanne Fowler started her relationship with Hearts and Homes as a board member in 1996 and began working in the office in 2000. She has been the director since March of 2004. She and her husband, John, provided foster care for 10 years and have 5 children and 2 of "the most beautiful and brilliant" grandchildren ever! Joanne also volunteers as a guardian ad-litem giving children a voice in the courtroom. Joanne teaches Parent Education classes and occasionally does supervised visitations. |

Sharon Kamerman came on staff in October of 2003 as a Supervised Visitation monitor and director of the Crisis/Respite program. She became Office Manager in 2004. Sharon and her husband, Bob, are licensed foster parents and also provide respite care. She is the parent of two grown children and loves to quilt in her free time. |

Milinda Watschke is a Montana native who recently moved back to the Bozeman area with her husband and two children. She completed her MSU Family Science internship with Hearts and Homes in 2001 and worked as the Crisis Care Coordinator through 2002. Milinda returned to Hearts and Homes in Sept. of 2008 after spending time at home with her children and being a part-time child care provider. She has over 15 years experience working in the human services field and is currently a contact monitor for the supervised visitation program. |
